Access
For this year’s conference, we have arranged charter buses from Nagoya Station and Shinjuku Station for direct transfers to the venue. The round-trip bus fare from Nagoya or Shinjuku is expected to be approximately 10,000 JPY per person. Details regarding the final fare and payment method will be provided once the number of passengers has been confirmed. Please note that no charter buses will be arranged for participants traveling via Chino Station or other routes.
Departure: November 13 (Friday)
- From near the Taiko Gate at Nagoya Station: 8:00 AM → arrival at the hotel around noon
- From near the West Exit of Shinjuku Station: 8:00 AM → arrival at the hotel around noon
- A hotel shuttle bus from Sakudaira Station will be arranged to coincide with the Shinkansen arriving at 10:41 AM (minimum number of passengers required: 10).
Return: November 15 (Sunday)
- Direct bus to Sakudaira Station: departs the hotel at 12:15 PM, timed for the Shinkansen departing Sakudaira at 1:48 PM
- Direct bus to the Taiko Gate at Nagoya Station: departs the hotel at 12:20 PM
- Direct bus to the West Exit of Shinjuku Station: departs the hotel at 12:25 PM
