Access
This year, we have arranged charter buses from Nagoya Station and Shinjuku Station for direct transfers. The round-trip bus fare from Nagoya and Shinjuku is estimated to be about 10,000 yen per person. Details on payment methods will be provided once the number of passengers is confirmed. There will be no charter bus arrangements for those accessing via Chino Station or other routes.
**Departure: June 21 (Friday)**
– From near the Taiko Gate at Nagoya Station at 8:00 AM → Arrival at the hotel around noon
– From near the West Exit of Shinjuku Station at 8:00 AM → Arrival at the hotel around noon
– Bus arrangements from Sakudaira Station to the hotel, timed to match the arrival of the Shinkansen at 10:41 AM (minimum required number of passengers: 10)
**Return: June 23 (Sunday)**
– Direct bus to Sakudaira Station, departs the hotel at 12:15 PM to match the Shinkansen departing Sakudaira at 1:48 PM
– Direct bus to the Taiko Gate at Nagoya Station, departs the hotel at 12:20 PM
– Direct bus to the West Exit of Shinjuku Station, departs the hotel at 12:25 PM
