INSTRUCTIONS FOR THOSE TO PRESENT LECTURES AND POSTERS

 Those who are to present lectures in the Lecture Session, and posters in the Interactive Poster Session on Saturday, please follow the instructions below.

Lecture Session:

 80-minute lecture (50 min for the presentation and 30 min for the discussion)

Fifty minute oral presentation will be followed by 30-minute discussion time. Because of the diversity of interest of the audience, please spend 1/3 of the presentation for general introduction of your research field. Future perspective of your subject in the field of organic chemistry may be given at the end of your lecture.

 PowerPoint presentation with PC or Mac installed with Microsoft PowerPoint software. Data may be provided either in an USB memory storage device or in a CD-ROM.  Use of your own portable computer would be the most desirable.

Interactive Session (Oral & Poster):

 After the dinner on the first day, there will an “oral” interactive session. All poster presenters are requested.  The presentation will be strictly 2-min. Those who will not present posters can also make a small speech in this oral session.
The interactive session on the second day will be between 15:30 and 17:15. Presenters assigned an odd number in the booklet to be provided at the conference site are requested to stand by their poster between 15:30 and 16:10, and the even numbered between 16:10 and 17:15. This interactive session will be a scientific entertaining before music entertainment at 6 pm: Please remember that the participants of the interactive session are as important as the main speakers. The space to be provided will be 90 cm width x 180 cm height.
This session is intended to enhance communication among participants. In addition to new scientific reports, whatever material that may be of interest to the Conference participants can be posted. Those who want the title of the presentation to be included in the Conference Booklet must send the title filled into the Registration Form.
